Agreement Between User & Walrus Brands

The network of Web Sites (collectively, the "WB Web Sites") operated by Walrus Brands or its affiliates or subsidiaries ("WB" or "Walrus Brands"), is comprised of various Web sites and Web pages. The WB Web Sites are offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Typographical Errors

In the event a WB product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, WB shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product or service listed at the incorrect price. WB shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, WB shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
